Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 
All orders are processed within three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer international shipping all over the world. 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may select from below shipping options at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Map Your Mirror is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  
TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
We ship all our international orders by DHL. When your order has hipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status here.
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
In partnership with our courier, Map Your Mirror wants to make sure that our customers are happy. We are strongly committed to delivering within the time frame mentioned above. However, there are times that you may experience a short delay in receiving your shipment due to unforeseen circumstances not in our control. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes. 
  • All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (requiring a minimum order value).
  • You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of any discrepancy with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
  • If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our customer care team will be happy to assist you.
  • If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address will no longer be accepted.
