Refund policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Map Your Mirror. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 7 days from date of your purchase to request to issue a refund and return your item.

Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return an item, please email customer service at team@mapyourmirror.com and we will provide you with return shipping address and further instructions. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase. 

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if your refund is approved or rejected. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take at least one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Certain orders cannot be returned such as personalized items, customized orders, items on sale and gift cards.

 

Map Your Mirror is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place. We only refund shipping costs if the item is physically damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend to use a trackable shipping service. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order. 

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Map Your Mirror may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Map Your Mirror reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that we cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
